Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives
- Allocate daily tasks and manage workloads to meet KPIs
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor picking, packing, inbound, and outbound activity
- Support training and onboarding of new starters
- Address performance, attendance, and conduct issues
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and management
- Maintain accuracy of stock, paperwork, and systems
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor / Lead
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
- Understanding of warehouse processes (pick, pack, dispatch, inventory)
- Confident using WMS or warehouse systems
- Health & Safety aware
- LF ticket
