Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including rostering, training, and performance management.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock control procedures are followed.
- Enforce workplace health and safety standards, keeping the warehouse safe and clean at all times.
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to reduce waste and enhance operations.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, ideally in food production or FMCG.
- Experience leading a team of 10 or more
- Strong leadership, people management, and team engagement skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Computer literate and comfortable with digital tools.
- Forklift licence and experience in high-reach stand-up and counterbalance forklifts.
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The workday is within 6:00am to 5:30pm working hours.
- Overtime may also be available as required.
- Competitive salary of $85,000–$100,800 including super, with potential for overtime pay.
