About the Role:

A leading food production company based in Yennora, NSW, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including rostering, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock control procedures are followed.
  • Enforce workplace health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to streamline processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, ideally in food production or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Forklift licence is highly desirable.
Hours:
  • The workday spans from times between 6:00am to 5:30pm.
  • The Warehouse Supervisor will need to start just before 6:00am to open up and may need to stay back during peak periods or to cover absences.
  • Overtime may also be available as required.
