- Distribution Centre Supervisor – Managing Large Teams
Location: North Brisbane
Salary: $90,000-$95,000 | Full-Time
Are you an experienced leader with a track record of managing large teams of 100+ staff in high-volume distribution or warehouse environments? We’re looking for a hands-on Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead multiple operational teams, driving performance, safety, and efficiency across inbound, inventory, picking and outbound operations.
About the role Reporting to site leadership, you will:- Lead and manage up to 100 staff across multiple operational areas
- Coach and develop Team Leaders to consistently achieve KPIs and operational goals
- Plan shifts, allocate resources, and manage rostering to meet business demands
- Support development and delivery of standard operating procedures, training, and process improvements
- Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and operational standards are maintained
- Handle escalations, daily reporting, and operational decision-making
About you- Proven experience managing large teams in a Distribution Centre or warehouse environment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in DC operations or large-scale warehousing
- Strong operational and commercial acumen with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Committed to safety, teamwork, and delivering results
- Lead a high-performing team of 100+ staff in a fast-paced environment
