Job Title: Warehouse Store Person
Location: Ingleburn, NSW
Employment Type: Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Salary: $77,500 per annum + 12% superannuation (Total package $86,800)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup (loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, and dispatch)
• Receive, unload, label, and store incoming stock according to procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
• Complete daily inventory logs and report any discrepancies
• Safely operate warehouse vehicles, forklifts, and equipment, performing basic preventative maintenance as required
• Use hand tools and machinery, including band saws, where necessary
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe while optimising space utilisation
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and workplace health and safety regulations

Skills & Experience

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
• HR Licence (highly regarded)
• Scissor Lift Licence (highly regarded)
• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
