Warehouse Manager We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and drive safety, service, and performance outcomes. This role is responsible for managing a warehouse team, overseeing inbound and outbound operations, and ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a warehouse team to achieve productivity and service targets
  
  
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
  
  
• Manage customer fulfillment performance, including DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) targets
  
  
• Maintain accurate inventory control, documentation, and reporting
  
  
• Enforce workplace health and safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and reduce costs
  
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational and service issues
