About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Australian importer and distributor of food and beverage products as the Cantonese speaking Warehouse Manager in Brisbane.

The role involves taking ownership of warehouse operations, leading a team of 10–12 staff, and overseeing inventory, logistics, and daily distribution while maintaining efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a warehouse and transport team, including rostering, training, and performance management
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory records
• Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse role
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using MS Office and warehouse systems
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin highly desirable
• Hands-on, safety-focused, and results-driven approach
