Warehouse Manager – Auckland

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Super

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise our warehouse operations in Auckland.

This is a hands-on, permanent, full-time leadership role where you’ll oversee a dedicated team, manage inventory in a busy building and construction environment, and drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll play a key role in shaping warehouse performance, ensuring seamless daily operations, and fostering a strong, motivated team culture focused on results and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop your warehouse team to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch.
• Oversee inventory management of building and construction materials — ensuring accuracy, availability, and efficient stock control.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure on-time, accurate order fulfilment for customers.
• Maintain and enforce quality and safety standards across all warehouse operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, transport, and customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within the building or construction sector.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a hands-on approach.
• Experience managing inventory and materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• A strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic operational environment.
