We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to manage the Loan Set and Consignment operations of a leading medical supplier. This is a critical role ensuring that the right surgical instruments and implants are delivered in perfect condition, on time, every time.

You’ll work closely with surgeons, internal teams, and external partners to maintain best-practice logistics and inventory standards, contributing directly to successful patient outcomes and positive customer experiences.

The Role

• Coordinate and dispatch surgical loan kits with high accuracy
• Manage stock intake, distribution, and consignment replenishment
• Clean, inspect, and maintain surgical instruments to high standards
• Respond to product enquiries and provide after-hours support when required
• Maintain strong compliance with safety and inventory protocols

About You

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Customer-focused with great communication skills
• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics or healthcare preferred
• Confident using Microsoft Office and basic systems
