Warehouse and Maintenance Coordinator – Botany, NSW

Location: Botany, NSW
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Super
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Overtime: Available during peak season (paid at time and a half)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Unload containers and trucks 
  • Receive, process, and store inbound goods accurately
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for internal and external use
  • Lead and support casual staff during warehouse operations
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and presentation
  • Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory control
  • Monitor and restock warehouse consumables
  • Oversee minor site maintenance and routine safety checks
  • Provide flexibility during peak periods (October–February)

What You’ll Need
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations and/or facilities coordination
  • Leadership experience – able to direct and support a team
  • High reach forklift licence and experience
  • Driver’s licence (6-tonne truck licence is a bonus)
  • Sound knowledge of stock control, inventory, and supply chain management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Safety-first mindset with attention to detail
