Victoria State Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Victoria State Sales Manager to lead our Victoria sales team and drive growth across Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania. You’ll manage a high-performing team, oversee a personal sales budget of $6M, and implement strategies to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve high performance.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies across digital and traditional channels.

  • Build strong client relationships and manage the full sales process.

  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and collaborate with teams to drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of meeting targets

  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and market analysis

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Professional, reliable, and compliant with Police Check and Work Rights requirements.
