North Sydney
Up to $85k + Super + Car Allowance

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving sales and expanding the company’s presence across the deli, grocery, food service, industrial, retail, and continental channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage your assigned territory to maximise sales through strategic in-store execution.
  • Implement and support head office promotions while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships within the company’s network and community.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product placement, stock levels, and promotional compliance.
  • Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and in-store merchandising standards.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop strategies for improving territory performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to inform business strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in sales or relationship management within the FMCG and Deli industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate lasting customer relationships.
  • A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong commercial awareness and multitasking abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, to support effective communication and reporting.
  • A valid driver’s licence for travel within your designated territory.
