Technical Project Onboarding Coordinator Position

A leading financial services company is looking for a Technical Project Onboarding Coordinator to manage and streamline the onboarding process for new hires and internal transitions as part of a major program of work. This role focuses on hardware and software provisioning, account creation, access management, and onboarding progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Management: Coordinate the setup of devices, software, and user accounts.

  • Access Control: Define user personas and ensure compliance with security policies.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT, HR, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Reporting & Improvement: Track onboarding progress, report on SLAs, and optimise workflows.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in technical onboarding, IT provisioning, or user access management.

  • Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g., Intune), Active Directory, ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Strong organisational, coordination, project coordination and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely onboarding.
