Shift Team Leader
📍 Maddingley, VIC | 💼 Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Day/Night)

We’re looking for a hands-on Shift Team Leader to keep things running safely and smoothly at our cutting-edge recycling facility in Maddingley.

What You’ll Do:
👷‍♂️ Lead the Shift – Supervise and support a team of two operators to keep production running efficiently and safely.
⚙️ Keep Operations Flowing – Oversee feeding, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the recycling line during your shift.
🦺 Drive Safety First – Lead by example in OHSE practices, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
🧹 Maintain the Floor – Ensure housekeeping, equipment checks, and minor maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.

What You Bring:
✔️ Experience leading teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environment.
✔️ Strong understanding of plant operations, machinery, and safety systems.
✔️ Confident communicator with solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✔️ A commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement (forklift licence a plus!).
