System Performance Manager

We are seeking a System Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products, services, and management systems consistently deliver excellence. What you’ll be doing
  • Leading the scheduling and delivery of internal audits.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes while monitoring performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contributing to strategies, policies and practices that enhance the quality management system.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to achieve product, service, and asset performance targets.
  • Reporting on risks and non-conformance trends while driving effective corrective actions.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, guidelines and records.
  • Ensuring the management system remains robust, functional, and aligned with business needs.
What you’ll bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering) or equivalent experience in quality management within a regulated industry.
  • Eligibility for an NV1 Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
  • Knowledge of quality methodologies, performance metrics, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency with quality management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a consultative, collaborative approach.
  • Ability to interpret and apply quality standards and regulatory requirements effectively.
