System Performance Manager

We are seeking a System Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products, services, and management systems consistently deliver excellence. This is a unique opportunity to influence performance outcomes, strengthen compliance, and embed best-practice quality assurance across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the scheduling and delivery of internal audits.
- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes while monitoring performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contributing to strategies, policies and practices that enhance the quality management system.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to achieve product, service, and asset performance targets.
- Reporting on risks and non-conformance trends while driving effective corrective actions.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, guidelines and records.
- Ensuring the management system remains robust, functional, and aligned with business needs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering) or equivalent experience in quality management within a regulated industry.
- Eligibility for an NV1 Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
- Knowledge of quality methodologies, performance metrics, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency with quality management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a consultative, collaborative approach.
- Ability to interpret and apply quality standards and regulatory requirements effectively.
- Shape and influence the way quality is embedded across the business.
- Collaborate with internal leaders and external auditors on meaningful initiatives.
- Mentor and support internal auditors while working alongside high-performing teams.
- Be part of an organisation committed to security, innovation, and world-class delivery.
- A six-month probationary period applies.
- Medical, psychometric and/or skills testing may be required.
