Site Reliability Engineer needed to support a global quoting platform and FX & Rates division of a international investment bank. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects in a dynamic trading environment.Role Overview

Focus on enhancing platform reliability, performance, and scalability
Collaborate closely with trading, sales, and technology teams
Apply SRE best practices including monitoring, incident response, automation, and postmortems
Ownership of release cycles and delivery of high-impact technology solutions

Key Responsibilities

Implement and champion SRE practices to improve system observability and reliability
Manage the release cycle to drive platform velocity and uptime
Work within a team to deliver end-to-end technology projects
Optimize systems for performance, availability, and maintainability
Support FX and Rates businesses through strong technology partnerships

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years experience with a strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design
Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
Strong problem-solving skills 
Excellent communication skills 
Capital Markets / Investment Banking background ideally within Fixed Income 


Desirable Experience

Previous Site Reliability Engineering experience advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of Fixed Income Asset Classes and FO trading technologies
Strong programming skills in Java and modern web technologies
