What You’ll Do
- Lead solution design and architecture across complex .NET and Azure environments
- Remain hands-on in coding, prototyping, and guiding implementation of critical systems
- Collaborate closely with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals
- Set coding and architecture standards, driving best practices across the development lifecycle
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for scalability and performance
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Engineer in large-scale .NET environments
- Strong technical proficiency in .NET 9, C#, Azure Cloud Services, and related frameworks
- Hands-on development experience — you enjoy cutting code and solving problems at a deep technical level
- Experience working with AI/ML
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A mindset focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
