About the Role Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for interior design and digital trends? Our client is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join the team.
With several major projects on the horizon, we need a specialist to take ownership of the companies social brand. You will be the voice of the company, bridging the gap between our high-level brand strategy and the local franchisee network.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Lead the strategy and daily execution across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Capture, edit and post engaging content that showcases the products and inspires customers.
- Franchisee Collaboration: Travel to and work closely with the franchisees to gather local content, share success stories and ensure brand consistency across the network.
- Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the social media agency, ensuring their outputs align with the organic strategy and business goals.
- CRM & Reputation Management: Use Birdeye to manage customer interactions, reviews and community engagement.
- General Marketing Support: Assist the wider marketing team with campaign rollouts, local area marketing (LAM) initiatives and general administrative support.
What You’ll Bring
- The Creative Spark: You have an eye for design and can identify what makes a post scroll-stopping.
- Digital Savvy: Experience managing multiple social platforms and a solid understanding of platform-specific best practices (especially the visual nature of Pinterest and Instagram).
- Communication Skills: You are comfortable walking into a franchise store, building rapport with owners and coaching them on content opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (Birdeye experience is a plus) and content creation apps/software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite or CapCut).
- Organisation: The ability to manage a busy content calendar while balancing agency deadlines and internal marketing projects.
