Our client is seeking highly experienced Site Foreman to join their team to assist with delivering high-end residential builds valued anywhere from $1.5-7 million.

To be successful in this position you must have experience in residential carpentry and proven experience managing projects from start to finish.

The Role

• Assist with running teams on 1–2 luxury residential projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and time lines are achieved.
• Duties split: 25% on the tools, 75% site supervision, admin, and client liaison.
• Work with a structured team: leading hand, carpenter, apprentice, and labourer.

Requirements

• Minimum Cert III in Carpentry.
• Extensive residential construction and project management experience.
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred not essential)
• White Card
• Full Drivers License
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
