Service Technician
Adelaide | Full-Time | On-Site
This South Australian leading specialist commercial air conditioning contractors is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for a qualified tradesperson with strong technical knowledge in air conditioning and refrigeration, who values professionalism, safety, and high-quality service.

Role:

• Perform preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and minor installation works.
• Represent the brand professionally while delivering high-quality client service.
• Supervise and support apprentices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain company assets, equipment, vehicles, and follow safety and operational procedures.
• Participate in training, provide technical support, and assist with quotes and maintenance proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations while keeping tools and equipment in good condition.
• Maintain records, assist with quotes, complete inductions, and follow WHS policies.
• Supervise and support apprentices with training and on-site guidance.
• Build client relationships, promote services, and identify growth opportunities.
• Communicate effectively, foster a collaborative workplace, and uphold company values.

Requirements:

• Trade-qualified Refrigeration Mechanic/Electrician with required licences, Driver’s Licence, and First Aid Certificate.
• Broad technical experience with strong WHS compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisation, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Computer literate; Working at Heights training (Confined Space an advantage).
• Professional, reliable, and compliant with Police Check and Work Rights requirements.
