The Role We’re seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform a range of technical service, repair, and assembly activities on specialised industrial vehicles and equipment.
Your work will involve preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, pre-delivery inspections, and fabrication—both in the workshop and at customer sites.

The Role We’re seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform a range of technical service, repair, and assembly activities on specialised industrial vehicles and equipment.
Your work will involve preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, pre-delivery inspections, and fabrication—both in the workshop and at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service, repair, and maintenance work on industrial equipment and vehicles
- Carry out pre-delivery and manufacturing activities, including body-to-chassis integration and component assembly
- Interpret technical drawings to diagnose and repair systems efficiently
- Maintain accurate service and parts records using company systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to OEM standards
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance
- Participate in after-hours service when required and be open to afternoon shifts
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop in excellent condition
- Qualified tradesperson – Certificate III or IV in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
- Ideally cross-skilled across mechanical (fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics) and electrical systems
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Confident interpreting drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel when required
