Service Desk Analyst – 12-Month Contract | Leading Investment Bank | $450-500 per day

Are you a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst with a passion for providing exceptional technical support? Do you have first-class communication skills and expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Intune? If so, this 12-month contract with a leading investment bank could be your next exciting opportunity.
The role
You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support within a fast-paced financial environment. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, support end-users, and provide clear, professional communication will be key to ensuring seamless operations. This role is to support a large scale migration program
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and other key technologies
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal ensuring effective support for users at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
