Senior Warehouse Associate / Lead Hand

Ready to step into leadership?
We’re looking for motivated Senior Warehouse Associates who want to grow into a leadership role inside a high-volume distribution centre—without managing a large team from day one. You’ll lead a small crew of two, take ownership of your zone, and build genuine supervisory experience while working closely with DC leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll run your own area within a fast-paced pick/pack operation, ensuring accuracy, productivity and smooth workflow across the shift. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily workflow and setting priorities
• Providing direction and support to a team of two
• Reporting updates, progress and issues to supervisors and operations managers
• Solving problems in real time during peak
• Building practical leadership skills in a large-scale DC

Who We’re Looking For Ideal for someone who is:

• An experienced Warehouse Operator or Senior Associate ready to step up
• Confident in busy DC or warehousing environments (2+ years preferred)
• Looking to gain hands-on leadership exposure before managing larger teams
• Able to work full-time with unrestricted working rights

What’s On Offer

• Pay Rate: $34.48 per hour
• Shift: Day shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Roster: Monday to Friday only
• Contract: November start → February/March 2026 finish
• Location: Dandenong, VIC
• Leave: Closed only for public/statutory holidays
