We are wanting hands-on Senior Warehouse Associates who want to prove they can lead, without the pressure of managing a huge team straight away.
This is your chance to build real leadership experience in a large-scale distribution operation, working alongside senior management while overseeing a compact team of 2.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be running your own section of a fast-paced pick/pack operation—responsible for hitting targets, maintaining standards, and keeping your small crew firing on all cylinders.
You'll get exposure to:

• Coordinating workflow and managing daily priorities
• Reporting directly to site supervisors and operation managers
• Problem-solving on the fly during peak demand periods
• Building your leadership toolkit in a real-world, high-volume environment

Who This Role Is Perfect For

• Experienced Senior Warehouse Associates ready to make the jump into supervision
• Candidates with two years experience in Warehousing enviroments
• Anyone who wants hands-on leadership experience before managing larger teams
• Candidates with full Australian work rights 

The Details

Rate: $34.48/hour
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible based on workload)
Days: 5–6 days/week during peak
Duration: Nov start → Feb/March 2026 finish
Location: Dandenong, VIC
Leave: Site closure over Christmas/New Year only
