About the Role
As a Senior Scrum Master, you’ll lead the delivery of cross-functional product squads working on customer-facing digital solutions across core business lines. You’ll also contribute to a large-scale cloud migration and operating model redesign initiative. This role blends delivery leadership with hands-on Agile coaching, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role
As a Senior Scrum Master, you’ll lead the delivery of cross-functional product squads working on customer-facing digital solutions across core business lines. You’ll also contribute to a large-scale cloud migration and operating model redesign initiative. This role blends delivery leadership with hands-on Agile coaching, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 2–4 Agile squads (7–11 people) distributed across Australia and overseas
- Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe delivery practices, ensuring high performance and alignment
- Support newly promoted Product Owners and Engineering Leads with Agile coaching
- Manage planning and execution across sprint cycles, quarterly planning, and Big Room Planning
- Drive Agile maturity by rolling out frameworks, playbooks, and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- Act as a communication bridge between teams and business stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, training, and coaching
- 10+ years in Agile environments, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Proven experience leading multiple delivery squads in complex, fast-paced organisations
- Strong understanding of Agile planning, metrics, and SAFe practices
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple geographies
- Background in technology or software development is highly desirable
- Jira, Confluence, Miro, SharePoint, Rally/Agile DevOps (Must have experience working with Jira)
- Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, TDD/BDD
- PowerPoint (visual communication and Agile storytelling)
