We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative with Pallet Racking experience to drive lead generation, manage key client relationships, and deliver strong sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business and growth opportunities through research, referrals, and strategic activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing the full sales lifecycle.
• Deliver engaging pre-sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, develop sales strategies, and report on performance.
• Achieve annual sales targets of $4.0m.

Key requirements

• Proven senior B2B sales experience in pallet racking and storage solutions with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Skilled in managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and presentation expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, self-driven, and able to report, forecast, and collaborate effectively; holds a current Australian driver’s licence.
• Professional, reliable, and compliant with Police Check and Work Rights requirements.
