Position Title: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: Hybrid – Melbourne (Primarily work from home with occasional on-site client work)

As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer you’ll partner directly with clients to design and deliver tailored digital solutions, while also playing a key role in mentoring and collaborating with developers both locally and offshore. This is a hands-on role that offers autonomy, growth, and a chance to influence the technical direction of each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and shape technical solutions
• Lead the design and implementation of full-stack .NET solutions tailored to client needs
• Analyse workflows and processes to recommend efficient, outcomes-driven approaches
• Guide and collaborate with offshore developers – define tasks, provide feedback, and review code
• Remain hands-on with development and eager to explore and adopt new technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including:
  • C# .NET
  • MVC architecture
  • Web APIs (creation and consumption)
  • SQL Server
  • Entity Framework
  • Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Proven experience in consulting with business users across various levels (including C-suite)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for continuous learning
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Desirable Skills

• Experience with frontend frameworks: React or Angular
• Mobile development using Xamarin
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
• Exposure to Machine Learning concepts or applications
