Senior Change Manager – Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead and implement change initiatives within a dynamic financial services environment. This role will focus on delivering a major platform replacement project, managing stakeholder engagement, and driving business readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead change impact assessments, training needs analysis, and communications for a major system transformation.
  • Align change activities with broader business initiatives and ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and assess organisational readiness.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support successful adoption.
  • Deliver effective communication plans to engage employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate training and support initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Monitor progress, address challenges, and continuously improve change frameworks.
Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in change management, ideally within financial services (insurance preferred).
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple business units and align change initiatives.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
