Senior Business Analyst – Permanent Full time Position – 170K+Super+Bonus – Hybrid Working – Sydney Based

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong general insurance experience to lead end-to-end product design and implementation initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and engaging across business, product, and technology teams. You will lead the business analysis function for product redevelopment, capturing requirements from concept to delivery and collaborate with internal teams to implement new or enhanced products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for new and existing general insurance products across multiple lines.
  • Elicit, document, and validate requirements with business stakeholders, underwriters, brokers, and technology teams.
  • Define product rules, workflows, and integration requirements for internal platforms
  • Work pragmatically across BA, delivery, and testing activities as required.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and support delivery through build, test, and UAT.
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive general insurance domain experience across multiple product lines.
  • Proven delivery of end-to-end product build or rebuild initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and confident working across multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience working in smaller, agile environments.
