Job Description

Senior Business Analyst – Initial 6 months – Daily Rate Contract– Hybrid – Sydney Based

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support delivery and enhancement initiatives on the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.

The role will work closely with business and technology teams to translate claims requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Focus Areas

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand claims processes and system needs
  • Analyse, document, and manage functional requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter
  • Support platform configuration, integrations, and change initiatives
  • Bridge communication between business users and technical teams
  • Assist with testing activities including UAT support and issue resolution
  • Contribute to Agile delivery and continuous improvement efforts
Required Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end claims lifecycle
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
