About the Role
Seeking highly experienced hands on Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation on a major enterprise-wide transformation program. This program is driven by a combination of regulatory requirements and a strategic focus on enhancing customer experience through modern digital, data, and platform capabilities.
 
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end business analysis across multiple concurrent work streams
 
What you will be doing:

• Lead the execution of business analysis deliverables across large-scale programs, including:
  • Preliminary analysis and problem/opportunity definition
  • Enterprise and compliance impact assessments
  • Business process modelling (as-is/to-be, BPMN L2–L5)
  • Elicitation and documentation of business requirements
  • Requirements traceability across the full delivery lifecycle
• Deliver analysis outputs aligned to internal governance and industry best practices
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure business needs are well understood and clearly articulated
• Manage competing priorities and deliverables across multiple workstreams

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ability to work on major transformation and/or regulatory initiatives
• Exposure to enterprise risk, compliance, or regulatory change
• End-to-end business analysis experience across large enterprise programs
• Expertise in process modelling (BPMN), requirements management, and impact assessments
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and proactively driving clarity and outcomes
