Sirius Technology is working with a leading financial services organisation that is undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is looking to appoint a Salesforce Technical Lead to take full ownership of their Salesforce platform.
This is a solo Salesforce role, perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, technical leadership, and end-to-end solution ownership. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll drive Salesforce strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery, while also liaising with senior business stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce architecture and system integrations
• Deliver hands-on custom development using Apex and declarative tools
• Gather requirements and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with internal systems, including AWS Data Hub and DocuSign
• Collaborate with external vendors for larger-scale projects where required

 
Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally in a consultancy or vendor background
• Proven expertise in Apex development and Salesforce architecture
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms like AWS and DocuSign
• Confident in both technical delivery and business stakeholder engagement
• Able to work independently and manage the full Salesforce lifecycle
