Job Description
SALESFORCE TECHNICAL LEAD | APEX, SALES CLOUD, SERVICE CLOUD, ARCHITECTURE | UP TO $160,000 + SUPER | MELBOURNE OR SYDNEY | HYBRID (2 DAYS ONSITE)
Sirius Technology is working with a leading financial services organisation that is undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is looking to appoint a Salesforce Technical Lead to take full ownership of their Salesforce platform.
This is a solo Salesforce role, perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, technical leadership, and end-to-end solution ownership. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll drive Salesforce strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery, while also liaising with senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce architecture and system integrations
- Deliver hands-on custom development using Apex and declarative tools
- Gather requirements and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with internal systems, including AWS Data Hub and DocuSign
- Collaborate with external vendors for larger-scale projects where required
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally in a consultancy or vendor background
- Proven expertise in Apex development and Salesforce architecture
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms like AWS and DocuSign
- Confident in both technical delivery and business stakeholder engagement
- Able to work independently and manage the full Salesforce lifecycle
- Collaborative culture within a stable and growing financial services company
