Sirius Technology is partnering with a global end-user client to recruit a Salesforce Technical Consultant on a day-rate contract. You will provide expert support to enhance and optimise their enterprise-wide Salesforce platform while collaborating with a high-performing APAC team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible work while contributing to a large-scale Salesforce implementation.

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development skills at a senior level, with the ability to build scalable, high-quality solutions and support complex customisations across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across APAC to gather, document, and prioritise Salesforce requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, including data models, process diagrams, and user stories.
• Lead and perform Salesforce development tasks, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
• Support developers and admins in implementing solutions via configuration, customisation, and integration tasks.
• Conduct functional testing and assist with UAT to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Provide ongoing user support and deliver training where required.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive Salesforce development experience at a senior developer level, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
• Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, including validation rules and security controls.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and analyse requirements in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and SDLC principles.
• Confident working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

This role is primarily remote, with only monthly onsite visits to Sydney or Melbourne required.
