Sirius Technology is working with a leading non-profit organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. They’re seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across Salesforce and backend technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and cloud-based system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Flows, configurations, and automation to support evolving business needs.
• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and backend systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Oversee Salesforce environment management, release processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and data teams to ensure robust integration and accurate data flow.
• Contribute to system monitoring, testing, and technical improvements across the platform.

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with declarative Salesforce development (Flows, validation rules, automation).
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with backend systems.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as SFDX, Gearset, or Copado.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth/JWT authentication, and API security principles.
• Experience with Dockerised environments and cloud platforms such as AWS.
