Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Rate: 700 a day plus GST

About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a 12-month contract with a public sector client. This is a fully remote opportunity, open to candidates located anywhere within Australia.
You’ll be responsible for building and enhancing scalable Salesforce solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and other platform tools
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions, ensuring performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in development and documentation
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally at a senior level
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other core Salesforce features
• Salesforce certification (e.g. Platform Developer I or higher)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Highly Desirable

• Experience working with public sector organisations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (e.g., DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, OmniScripts)
• Exposure to Vlocity (CMT) or similar industry-specific solutions
