Salesforce Business Analyst | Financial Services Cloud | Up to $600/day + GST | Sydney, NSW | Hybrid (3 days on-site) | Australian Citizen or PR
Sirius Technology is working with a leading financial services organisation based in Sydney who are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst on a 6–12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Financial Services Cloud projects and make an immediate impact within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce development teams.
  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce functionality.
  • Liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in ensuring solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, specifically with Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud functionality.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories/functional specifications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Sydney 3 days per week.
  • Australian Citizen or PR status required.
