Sirius Technology is working with a Salesforce Partner looking to bring on a Salesforce Architect who can lead technical solutioning, drive stakeholder engagement, and guide the delivery of Salesforce platforms across high-profile programs of work. You’ll be joining a team that values authenticity, continuous learning, and forward-thinking innovation.
As a Salesforce Architect, you’ll lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, ensure technical best practices, and provide architectural leadership across multiple programs. You’ll work in a high-trust, flexible hybrid model, backed by leadership that genuinely invests in your development.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned to client goals and platform best practices
• Lead technical delivery across Salesforce Cloud implementations
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Mentor consultants and developers; contribute to internal capability-building and lunch & learns
• Oversee system integration, data flow, and solution governance frameworks
• Support pre-sales and discovery efforts through architecture design and estimation

Skills

• Proven experience in a Salesforce Architect
• Expertise across Salesforce core products, integrations, and cloud platforms
• Strong background in multiple Salesforce Clouds
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with a strategic lens
• Salesforce certifications and a passion for continuous learning
