SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR | SALESFORCE, HTML/CSS/JS, LWC | $100K + SUPER | SYDNEY, NSW | ONSITE

Sirius Technology is working with a purpose-driven healthcare organisation in Sydney to recruit a Junior Salesforce Administrator with front-end web development skills.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a science-led organisation where technology plays a vital role in supporting research, clinical operations, and patient outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing the organisation’s Salesforce platform, while also contributing to front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role is fully onsite (5 days a week) and best suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment and enjoys working closely with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive effective CRM use and adoption
  • Build and enhance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LWC
  • Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
  • Assist with Salesforce upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform enhancements
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve engagement

Skills Required:
  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; exposure to Lightning Web Components preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain English
  • Experience working with non-technical users or cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable with 5-day onsite work in Sydney
  • Salesforce certifications are desirable but not essential
