Type: Full-time
Salary: $110 plus comms. OTE can be up to 250K

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Set and track KPIs to meet and exceed targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Oversee listings, vendor management and campaign execution
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Foster a strong culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local networks
 About You:
  • Proven success in real estate sales (3–5+ years minimum)
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Motivated, process and results-driven
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Confident with CRM and digital sales tools
  • Passionate about mentoring and building team capability and overachieving team targets
