As their Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships and shaping the hotel’s success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure opportunities across corporate, leisure and group markets.
  • Build strong relationships with businesses, travel agents, event planners and key stakeholders to position the hotel as a preferred choice.
  • Implement creative sales strategies to increase bookings, events and repeat business.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows and industry functions to enhance visibility.
  • Work closely with clients to create tailored packages that align with their needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed targets which will contribute directly to business success.
About You
  • A proven sales professional with experience in hospitality, tourism or a related industry.
  • A self starter with a proactive and goal-driven approach.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to close deals and drive value.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest and client experiences.
  • A strategic thinker who can also take hands-on action to execute plans effectively.
