As the Recruitment and Operations Manager, you will oversee end to end recruitment across the business, partnering closely with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective, scalable hiring solutions.

About the Role
As the Recruitment and Operations Manager, you will oversee end to end recruitment across the business, partnering closely with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective, scalable hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing recruitment team while driving full cycle recruitment across the organisation.
- Partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs and design effective hiring strategies.
- Build talent pipelines and implement proactive sourcing initiatives to attract top candidates.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and support strategic projects, process improvements, and technology enhancements.
- Proven experience in recruitment and operations leadership roles with strong team coaching and development skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and strategic mindset in high volume or specialised recruitment in rostering is highly advantageous.
