You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems on a full-time permanent basis.

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance systems and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, facilities, and products.
- Lead, mentor, and train the QA team to uphold quality standards and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality metrics, findings, and corrective actions.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within the food manufacturing/FMCG industry. (Background in meat/poultry manufacturing preferred but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP & GMP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Full Australian Working rights (Citizenship or Permanent Resident)
