We are looking for a results-driven Queensland State Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales presence across QLD. You will manage a high-performing sales team, oversee a personal sales budget of $6M, and implement strategies to expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate your sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, BCA reports, and general advertising
- Build strong client relationships and oversee the full sales process from lead to close
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of meeting targets
- Strong understanding of sales strategy and market analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, reliable, and compliant with Police Check and Work Rights requirements.
