We’re looking for a motivated and organised Project Officer to join our passionate team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of the DARE Academy initiative—driving training, employment support, and community partnerships that help individuals reach their potential.

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Project Officer to join our passionate team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of the DARE Academy initiative—driving training, employment support, and community partnerships that help individuals reach their potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate all aspects of an employment-focused training program
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to support participant outcomes
- Develop and maintain key partnerships with DES providers and local employers
- Contribute to curriculum design, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Support the implementation of Train-the-Trainer programs
- Experience in project coordination, community services, or employment programs
- Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence in managing timelines, reporting, and collaborative delivery
- Understanding of NDIS, DES, or SLES highly regarded
- Comfortable using SharePoint, Office 365, and LMS tools
- Passion for inclusion, empowerment, and creating opportunities for others
