Project Officer

Job Readiness Trainer
Salary: $75,000 pa + super + NFP benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, tailored training and coaching to support participants’ job readiness.
- Develop and implement employment-focused programs of support that help individuals build confidence, capability, and long-term career success.
- Coordinate the planning, milestones, and reporting of employment-based initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, job coaches, and support workers to ensure participant outcomes are met.
- Track progress through individualised employment plans, maintain accurate reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of program delivery.
- Have experience in employment services, community services, disability support, training or workforce development.
- Are confident facilitators who can engage diverse learners in group and 1:1 settings.
- NDIS understanding and experience.
- Confident with stakeholder engagement and coordinating with various internal departments.
- Are committed to inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
