Title: Project Manager

Full-time | Hybrid | Sydney (Lane Cove West)
Join a fast-paced creative and technology team bringing some of Australia’s biggest brands to life. We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with experience in design, or advertising, ready to lead end-to-end delivery of digital platforms, campaigns, and rollouts across retail and creative environments.

What you’ll do

• Lead complex tech and creative projects from concept to completion
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring clarity across all stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Drive smarter workflows using tools like Monday.com
• Oversee digital product deployments with rigorous testing and quality assurance
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Client teams to bridge strategy and execution
• Mentor team members and champion continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years’ experience managing technology or digital projects in a retail, creative, or a fast-paced setting
• Proven success managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets
• Confident communicator who can translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly language
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Sydney-based, with ability to work from Lane Cove West office (up to 2 days WFH)
• Familiarity with PrintIQ a plus
