Role Overview:
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager position. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and creative department, playing a vital role in the success of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing events and brand activations.

• Be hands-on during events, managing bump-ins and bump-outs to ensure everything runs smoothly on-site.

• Collaborate with the creative department to bring innovative ideas to life.

• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an event agency or event hire company is essential.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company, with a desire to progress to a Project Manager role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
