Ongoing FULL-TIME HOURS + Potential Overtime
 
Monday to Thursday Ongoing FULL-TIME hours, with Fridays off (or overtime on Fridays)
 
Day shift available from 6:30AM to 4:30PM, offering $44-$50ph + SUPER (depending on experience)
 
Our client based in the Penrith region is getting extremely busy due to strong growth and is currently in need of MULTIPLE Team Leaders to start work ASAP offering STRONG opportunities!!
 
Duties of the role:

• Working in manufacturing area - primarily powder coating section
• Managing a team of 6-7 production workers
• Assisting and working across multiple machinery and helping staff as needed (training will be provided)
• Understanding various sheet metal components and engaging in their manufacturing (training will be provided)
• Engaging in paperwork and entering information into the company system
• Setting up the team for their tasks and as per production schedules
• General production hand and housekeeping in the manufacturing area
