About Us:
Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of waterproofing, protective coatings, and sealants. They are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our growing team in their chemical manufacturing facility.

About the Role:

As a Production Operator, you will work across various stages of the production process, including machine operation, batch manufacturing, and packaging.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Mixing raw materials and following batch formulations
• Operating equipment and ensuring smooth production processes
• Conducting quality control checks and collecting product samples for testing
• Labeling, packaging, and palletising finished products
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Adhering to safety protocols and assisting with general maintenance tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, processing, or production – chemical or powder experience highly desirable
• Ability to follow formulation or batch cards to meet production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Physically fit – ability to lift up to 25kg safely
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude towards Workplace Health & Safety (OH&S)
