This key position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including design management, product certification, lifecycle management, production oversight, quality control, and documentation maintenance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Founder, General Manager, Business Development manager and production team in addition to external designers and customers- bringing their expertise in both hardware and firmware domains. While direct involvement in hardware engineering and software coding is not mandatory, a comprehensive understanding in both fields will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development Oversight: Lead and manage the end-to-end product design and development process, from conceptualisation to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives, market needs and technology feasibility.
- Lifecycle management: Develop and execute strategies for product lifecycle management, product enhancements, upgrades and end-of-life planning to maximize product profitability, longevity & quality.
- Certification Management: Coordinate and oversee product certification processes, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications necessary for market entry and expansion.
- Quality control and Assurance: Establish and implement quality control processes and standards to maintain high product quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Documentation and Collaboration: Manage the creation, maintenance, and dissemination of comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, technical documentation and train material. Foster collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the whole product development process.
