Job Description
My client are an independent media company wither 20+ years’ experience investing in Australia’s best journalism. They are looking for a mid-level full stack developer with strong Wordpress skills to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new software features and improve Wordpress functionality, integrating with third-party platforms via APIs.
- Monitor and maintain software quality proactively.
- Participate actively in designing technical solutions and contribute to project planning and product improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate technical requirements that meet business needs.
- Provide project management support for larger technical projects when required.
- Document current, future, and proposed technical solutions clearly.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of full-stack web development experience
- Strong Wordpress experience, maintaining the latest versions
- Modern PHP experience with LAMP/LEMP stack and Laravel
- Experience with modern frontend tech stacks, ideally ReactJS
- Qualifications in Computer Science
